Hello! My name is Mark Eldred and I am writing to tell you how much I love Lipo-6. I used Lipo-6 exclusively to lose 44 pounds in 15 weeks.
Before: April 1st, 2006 - 230 lbs.
After: July 15th, 2006 - 186 lbs.
For the past year and a half, I had been trying to get as big and strong as possible. In the process, I gained quite a bit of fat. I decided it was time diet down and get ripped! However, I knew that if I was serious - I need a goal. I needed some accountability. I decided I would compete in the 2006 Natural Michigan Bodybuilding championships.

I'm writing you to "Thank You" for your excellent products. On January 17, 2006, I visited my doctor for a routine checkup and I had to step on those dreadful scales. I'm only 5'8" tall and the scale read 246lbs!! That was the most depressing moment of my life. Having lost my mom, dad, brother, and sister due to health related problems at relatively young ages, I knew that it was time to make a change, not tomorrow or the next day, but today. well, this is good exercises, but not if your goal is to burn fat. This is common knowledge, and i dont understand how you can promote this without feeling like a complete douche. People, if you want to loose fat, do sprints. NEVER lift weights to burn fat, you lift weight to gain strength or musclemass, it will burn calories in the process but to promote weightlifting as a fatburner is a joke.
and what is your point? when doing sprints you dont burn calories on the spot, it happens after your done working out, aprox 48 hours. This is why its ideal to do sprints combined with strength training. And your sentence does not make sense as you dont need to burn any calories to heal the muscles. you lift weights to gain strength in some way, if you lift weight to loose weight you will have a very hard time putting on muscle if that is your goal.

exactly! a good way to make sure your knees are kept back in correct position is to concentrate on making sure your weight is bearing down on your heels, even pull up slightly with your toes as you drop down and press down on your heels. Not letting your knees go past 90 degrees is also an old school mentality because the range of motion for each individual is different depending on ankle and hip flexibility. If you increase your hip and ankle flexibility you can squat as to ground and your knees will be good. I always tell my clients to think about pushing their hips back. 2 kyubeis it's a common misconception with woman that lifting weights will make you muscular. It takes a lot of training and experience in fitness to know that though. All the skinny celebs you know train with weights. It's extremely hard for a woman to bulk up. I recommend doing some research on it. You'll see that diet is a huge part of it. If you eat healthy and lift weights doing exercises like this- you'll be on your way to the body you've always dreamed of! I know from experience.

this exercise is better done with a bar... im guessing the dumbells are 10-15 lbs each... so a 20-30 lb bar would be perfect! :).
