Hello! My name is Mark Eldred and I am writing to tell you how much I love Lipo-6. I used Lipo-6 exclusively to lose 44 pounds in 15 weeks.
Before: April 1st, 2006 - 230 lbs.
After: July 15th, 2006 - 186 lbs.
For the past year and a half, I had been trying to get as big and strong as possible. In the process, I gained quite a bit of fat. I decided it was time diet down and get ripped! However, I knew that if I was serious - I need a goal. I needed some accountability. I decided I would compete in the 2006 Natural Michigan Bodybuilding championships.

I'm writing you to "Thank You" for your excellent products. On January 17, 2006, I visited my doctor for a routine checkup and I had to step on those dreadful scales. I'm only 5'8" tall and the scale read 246lbs!! That was the most depressing moment of my life. Having lost my mom, dad, brother, and sister due to health related problems at relatively young ages, I knew that it was time to make a change, not tomorrow or the next day, but today. Oh damn, when I first started doing the jumping oblique twist, it automatically became my enemy and it was worse when I found out that was our cardio... Now, a week later, I still hate them, but now I'm not half-dying at the 2nd set. My favorite are the Russian Twist. It's not about doing the exercises perfectly the first time. It's about working toward the ease of doing them. I am a pretty fit looking person but my cardio and lungs are horrible. I have trouble doing the jumping oblique twist because it pushes air out of my lungs (or that what it feels like) I kinda wheez. But you just got to start somewhere and keep going! The hip raises are so difficult for me and that's only because my body won't stay still when I'm trying to execute the workout. My body always slides up and down the mat and it's annoying having to constantly reposition myself.
I've been doing this exercise plus a HIIT training 4 times a week, and low impact cardio exercises the rest of the week, and so far I've lost 14 pounds. Combined with a healthy diet, super easy this time of the year, salads, raw tomatoes, veggies, fruits. And I've been following this diet+training for 15 days. It all depends on your weight, and your physical shape. It is different for everybody, but I can say that I started seeing results after a full week of exercising. i am about 200 pounds and 5'4 and i want to look better is there other things that i could do to help with weight loss and building musscle, i would like to look like that any adivse? /watch?v=aoZynupgdkk This video from Fitness Blender helped me a lot. I started to see results after 2 weeks mix up the videos it makes it funnier and actually try to eat right you don't have to go on a diet per say just don't eat big ass portion of the food you usually eat lol. I'd say do these workouts 3-4 times a week, and also lift weights. binge on water, and eat clean food. try this for a month! the more active you are the better, and u should have a diet of fat food like burger king and crap.. if u work out and eat bad u are working out for nothing. keep active and eat right and u will see changes. i know i have been working out for 3 months. and yea "diet &workout" = fit body. It will take longer; if anything it's still healthy, but your best bet is a full workout 30mins to an hour. If you're using any video [like these] to work out to, you can watch more than one video and mix and match them for a full and even fun workout :). Of course depending on your schedule it can be difficult to do a 30min workout, so 10mins is still helpful, especially if you're already busy throughout the day. That's possible believe me, I couldn't do some movements from f.ex. belly dance. Try slowing down very much, stop the video. Stand and swing your hips to one side, fix the position and then swing your shoulders to the opposite side. Will be not very comfortable first but just repeat the movement until you get comfortable and then proceed with jumping ;) The problem is that the body is not used to do different things like swinging arms opposite directions or brushing teeth with different hand.
