I just tried this workout for the first time. I was actually surprised I made it through the whole thing (probably because I've been exercising constantly before this). Definitely putting this in my daily workout routines.
after the abs workout when u start kicking your leg to your hands i was seeing my abs form the lines while it was sweating my whole body as well i love this work out. imagine p90 x lol. its all about calories. ist simple, your body transform all you eat and drink into calories. if you burn less calories than you dig in, you get fat, you burn more, you loose wheight. If it happens that extra calories comes from carbs, yes sure carbs get you fat. If that extra calories comes from fats, as well fats get you fat. You can consume carbs all day as long as total calories intake is lower that total calories consumed (for wheigt loss).Ok question. I've been pretty careful with my soda and fast food intake and I've been doing this workout almost everyday since July and have randomly been throwing others in. yes, and having a clean meal plan. Tell her to do this at least 4 times a week, drink a gallon of water a day, eat six clean meals for six days, and give herself a cheat day where she can reward herself. Plus do them yourself, and do them alone. Some people need motivation from another person. She will join you soon enough.
Weight loss is definitely different for everyone, and of course the other big half of it is calories in/out, but this is a cardio workout so usually the goal in mind is to burn fat. You just have to be patient, stick with it, and make sure you are not eating more calories than your body needs daily, and I think your girlfriend will definitely succeed. SolitaryWolf is right when he suggests doing it together, I would workout MUCH more if my boyfriend was willing to do it too!
It is always so much easier when someone does it with you. My husband started P90x with me and it really helped me stick to it. Have you asked him to do it with you?

just this is not enough to lose weight you need to know how much calories your body needs and you should take about 20% less calories than your body needs :) to know how much calories your body needs, just type in google "calorie calcuator" about your problem, to be honest someone already told you to not push your GF to do this, and to do it with her. that is very good advice, since i didn't start doing this or running every morning alone, i had one friend to start with me. she needs motivation.

Into day 3 today :) Everyday Im going at 31:40, Im trying to finish but I also do the 100 squats for 8 minutes, I guess that makes up for the 7 minutes :P.

My calorie counter watch showed me that i burned 529kcal and level of training 3/5.Im 20years old,184cm,94kg.

I'm on day four of the workout. 1st day only went to 9:10 2nd day completed all 37:10 3rd day completed all 37:10 4th day (today) completed all 37:10 IM VERY PROUD OF MYSELF, I'm 12 years old and it's very difficult at some points but my advise to you all is to push your self and think of why you wanna do this. I love your workouts! I was wondering if you could do a cardio workout that's apartment friendly. I prefer to work out in my room rather than outside or at a gym, but my neighbors downstairs complained from all the jumping lol.
