Hello! My name is Mark Eldred and I am writing to tell you how much I love Lipo-6. I used Lipo-6 exclusively to lose 44 pounds in 15 weeks.
Before: April 1st, 2006 - 230 lbs.
After: July 15th, 2006 - 186 lbs.
For the past year and a half, I had been trying to get as big and strong as possible. In the process, I gained quite a bit of fat. I decided it was time diet down and get ripped! However, I knew that if I was serious - I need a goal. I needed some accountability. I decided I would compete in the 2006 Natural Michigan Bodybuilding championships.

I'm writing you to "Thank You" for your excellent products. On January 17, 2006, I visited my doctor for a routine checkup and I had to step on those dreadful scales. I'm only 5'8" tall and the scale read 246lbs!! That was the most depressing moment of my life. Having lost my mom, dad, brother, and sister due to health related problems at relatively young ages, I knew that it was time to make a change, not tomorrow or the next day, but today. If she wants to lose wight and just dont finds the motivation, how about you do this whit here? Just start by your owne and she will join. yes, and having a clean meal plan. Tell her to do this at least 4 times a week, drink a gallon of water a day, eat six clean meals for six days, and give herself a cheat day where she can reward herself. Plus do them yourself, and do them alone. Some people need motivation from another person. She will join you soon enough. Weight loss is definitely different for everyone, and of course the other big half of it is calories in/out, but this is a cardio workout so usually the goal in mind is to burn fat. You just have to be patient, stick with it, and make sure you are not eating more calories than your body needs daily, and I think your girlfriend will definitely succeed. SolitaryWolf is right when he suggests doing it together, I would workout MUCH more if my boyfriend was willing to do it too!It is always so much easier when someone does it with you. My husband started P90x with me and it really helped me stick to it. Have you asked him to do it with you?just this is not enough to lose weight you need to know how much calories your body needs and you should take about 20% less calories than your body needs :) to know how much calories your body needs, just type in google "calorie calcuator" about your problem, to be honest someone already told you to not push your GF to do this, and to do it with her. that is very good advice, since i didn't start doing this or running every morning alone, i had one friend to start with me. she needs motivation.
