Hello! My name is Mark Eldred and I am writing to tell you how much I love Lipo-6. I used Lipo-6 exclusively to lose 44 pounds in 15 weeks.
Before: April 1st, 2006 - 230 lbs.
After: July 15th, 2006 - 186 lbs.
For the past year and a half, I had been trying to get as big and strong as possible. In the process, I gained quite a bit of fat. I decided it was time diet down and get ripped! However, I knew that if I was serious - I need a goal. I needed some accountability. I decided I would compete in the 2006 Natural Michigan Bodybuilding championships.

I'm writing you to "Thank You" for your excellent products. On January 17, 2006, I visited my doctor for a routine checkup and I had to step on those dreadful scales. I'm only 5'8" tall and the scale read 246lbs!! That was the most depressing moment of my life. Having lost my mom, dad, brother, and sister due to health related problems at relatively young ages, I knew that it was time to make a change, not tomorrow or the next day, but today. Here is my eating schedule: 8:00AM - Protein shake 10:00AM - 8 Egg whites and oatmeal 12:00PM - Protein shake (right after my workout) 1:00PM (Post workout) - Chicken breast and brown rice 3:00PM - Protein shake 6:00PM - Fish/chicken breat and brown rice I sometimes have another protein shake before bed if I'm feeling hungry.eat lots of fiber such a s greens, lettuce, celery stuff like that...they fill you up with less calories and that way you don't eat as much meat and or are tempted to eat more. The simplified example is to do frequent exercises during the week (like you did, but rest atleast 1 or 2 days), but not so that a single 1h exercise will drain you out. Also the idea is to train a single body part more than 1 times per week. Keep on doing this for 3 weeks then do an easy week: less workouts and keep it really easy. Total rest is possible too.many thanx for commenting on that! i have been working out almost 7 days a week 1 hour atleast everyday but found no increase in strenght or muscularity. i read somewhere it can be overtraining? do u think my routine can be overtraining? over training can have negative affects on your muscle building/toning goals, you shouldn't really need to do more then work out 5days a week(all msucle groups should be dun in that time) & the only time you should be able to work out 7 days a week with no detramentale affects is when you do 30-45 weight seasons which you should be doing anyways. muscle grows while you rest, lifting weighs only strains your muscle so that when you rest you gain muscle.
